Blackey Inc. offers a year warranty for the product from the day you received the product.
If a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs within the Warranty Period, you could enjoy the free maintenance services.
Customer can request for an replacement via email with your registered email ID, order number, registered phone number and images of all damaged/broken goods.
Note : Even within the regular warranty period. Shipping charges for replacing products are not included, shipment costs will be endured by the customer.
