Yes, you have to join Blackey. Our membership is very simple, all you need is a valid e-mail, and it's completely free. You can sign up on checkout page or visitAccountpage.

  •  Reminder, if you use social logins, you can also click them directly when shopping again.

Yes, 'My Account Page Editor' enables you to customize your info, please log in and edit it.

Ordering

Edit the order:
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, we gladly accepts returns in accordance with our return policy and you can reorder the product.
Cancel the order:
Check order status firstly. If order is not be shipped. You can cancel the order.
You can log in to your account, check your order status and click CANCEL.

※Reminder: The product inventory will not be reserved, if you want to reorder the product.

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security. If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. No, we currently accepts domestic shipping, excluding the outlying island.

Shipping rates are based on the Shipment Limitation of Convenience Store Pickup Service.The total sizeof length+width+height>90cm, must be divided into two packs

We are aiming to have your order dispatched within 3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season.

Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, pleasecontact us and we will check the package has already been shipped or not. If your package is dispatched, we may have said that we can' change the delivery address.

We are under Consumer Protection Act, customers are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to ask for replacement with 7 days. For more details please visithere.

If due to personal reasons you need to change the convenience store, we have right to refuse to change the convenience store. Because Convenience Store Pickup Service are based on the their own system, we are unable to provide this service. In case the store is closed, it should be postponed or changed to another store, please contact us.

Warranty/Repair

Blackey Inc. offers a year warranty for the product from the day you received the product.

If a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs within the Warranty Period, you could enjoy the free maintenance services. Visitorder trackerand inform us in 7 days upon reception of the parcel by writing to us at info@blackey-studio.com with your registered email ID, order number, registered phone number and images of all damaged/broken goods.
Note : Even within the regular warranty period. Shipping charges for replacing products are not included, shipment costs will be endured by the customer. for more details please visithere.

Payment/Invoices

We currently accept ATM for all orders.

  • Reminder, deliver the product after we receive your payment within 7 business days.

Blackey only provide Paper invoice and send with your order.

Please note that any issues with invoice should be notified within 3 days due to the warranty period, contact us .

Any VAT registered company specific information that you would like or need to add to your paper invoice, please complete the checkout memo.

If your need for the specified invoice is wrong, you contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Our official shopping website generates the invoice number when the product is shipped, you can check email with the invoice number.

Sorry, we can't create multiple invoices on one purchase Order. You can separate your order if needed.
