Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The Warranty Period lasts for 1 year (365 days) from the date you receive the Product. While parts of situations are out-of-warranty below.
  • If a performance fault that is not caused by human damage, weather, lightning, and other acts of God, such as power surges, fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.
  • General wear and tear of the product is not covered by the warranty.
  • For this warranty to apply, please refer to the statement below.

1.Consumer Protection Act

Blackey sheer obligation to clients enables us to work closely together with every customer. Our focus remains in the satisfaction of our clients. In case, customers are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to ask for replacement with 7 days. Please contact us before you send back the product.

Return products may be rejected, If any of the following conditions exist within the first 7 days of receiving the purchased product.

  • In case those orders which have been damaged by the customers themselves apart from regular usage. Returned items must be packed properly and safely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • The item should be unused and in the same new condition that you received them, including branding package, product and quick installation guide or all items are listed in the package content.
  • Product must be in perfect condition, including the seal on the packaging.
  • The packaging number should be marked clearly on the outside of the package. Blackey is not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation due to improper packaging.
  • All returned products goes through the inspection phase before we carry out the refund. If no defects are found in the returned products, customers shall bear the shipping costs.

2.Products or Services

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
  • Parts product pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

3.Repairs

  • Blackey Inc. offers a year warranty for the product from the day you received the product.
  • We shall inform the customer of the repair cost in advance.
  • Blackey strongly suggests that the customer first contacts us for an initial analysis of possible causes and solutions for any encountered problems before returning product for repair.
  • If a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs within the Warranty Period, you could enjoy the free maintenance services. Please inform us in 7 days upon reception of the parcel by writing to us at info@blackey-studio.com with your registered email ID, order number, registered phone number and images of all damaged/broken goods.
  • Note : Even within the regular warranty period. Shipping charges for replacing products are not included, shipment costs will be endured by the customer.

4.Return and Replacement

  • In case the customer can’t define the cause of problem, please contact Blackey. Sometimes when the problem can be resolved even before the customer sends back the product.
  • We are under Consumer Protection Act, customers are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to ask for replacement with 7 days.
  • The item should be unused and in the same new condition that you received them, including branding package, product and quick installation guide or all items are listed in the package content.
  • Customer can request for an replacement via email with note 'replacement' and reorder.
  • Return products must be restored to the original settings and all products must be returned to Blackey in the original packaging with all original items in the box.

5.Additional Terms

If service of products or parts are required after the Warranty Period expires or any of the following conditions exist, the customer shall pay the two-way shipping, packing, insurance, repair/replacement service fees and other costs, including necessary labor and parts.

  • Damage due to weather, lightning, and other acts of God, such as power surges, fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.
  • Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
  • Attempted repair by any person not authorized by Insignia to service the Product
